If you receive an item that you are not 100% satisfied with, I will provide several options to ensure your complete happiness. You can request an exchange for a different item, have the original piece modified so that it perfectly suits your preferences, or receive store credit to use towards a future purchase. To initiate this process, you simply need to contact the shop within 7 days of receiving your order and cover the cost of shipping the item back. From there, Glitter and Alchemy will take care of the return shipping at no additional charge to you. 
The shop also stands by the quality and durability of its products, offering free repairs in the event that an item happens to break at any point. If this occurs, you can reach out to me, send the damaged piece back, and I will fix it free of charge. No need to worry about the cost or logistics - Glitter and Alchemy will handle everything. Additionally, the policy accommodates any sizing issues, whether the item is too short or too long. In those cases, the same return and exchange process applies to ensure you end up with a piece that fits you perfectly.
The only exception to this flexible policy is for custom epoxy items. Given the intricate, one-of-a-kind nature of these creations, they are considered final sale. However, Glitter and Alchemy is committed to working closely with customers on these custom orders to guarantee the end result meets their exact standards before shipping.
